Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung School Thomas Apfel
 
The idea for the foundation of the first Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung school in Germany developed during a trip to China with Master Lam in the summer of 1996. In January of the following year, the first Zhan Zhuang class took place and Master Lam taught the first workshop in Germany.

Since those beginning years, the activities of the school have expanded significantly and nowadays, there are regular classes and workshops in Bavaria, Hessia and Berlin - and private lessons by appointment.
