The First Step
Beginners classes or workshops offer the best start into Chi Kung. We're looking forward to meeting you at one of the next training events. Please visit the Contact page to give us a call or send us an email.
To retain the quality of the teachings, Chi Kung is passed down directly from teacher to student. In the sections Tradition and Team you'll learn more about the people who are teaching Chi Kung.
Chi Kung - Energy for a Healthy Body and a Happy Mind
All areas of human activity - physical, mental and spiritual - depend on the quality, abundance and free flow of our energy. This is the secret key for a healthy and happy life.
Over thousands of years, the knowledge of cultivating this inner power has been passed down from generation to generation in China.
This tradition is alive - and has been brought to the West by Master Lam in the form of Zhan Zhuang in the 80s. It was introduced to Germany by Thomas Apfel in 1997.

Particularly people who are looking for inner power and balance in their fast-paced daily lifes profit tremendously from Chi Kung.
The beneficial effects of Chi Kung training are manifold and encompass all areas of life.
To get started, we recommend to attend a beginners class, to participate in a workshop or to talk to the teachers of the the Chi Kung Academy. Many students have also found their first inspiration by reading one of the many books available. Please visit Books & More for a list of the publications.
