Health Advisory for Chi Kung
Welcome to our Chi Kung classes!
Before you begin, we want to remind you
that any physical activity, including Chi Kung, carries a certain
level of risk.
While Chi Kung is generally considered safe for most
people, we strongly recommend that you consult with a healthcare
professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if
you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
If at any point during the class you feel pain, discomfort, or
dizziness, please stop immediately and seek medical attention if
necessary.
It is important that you listen to your body and only do
what feels comfortable and safe for you.
Additionally, please let the instructor know if you have any
medical concerns or conditions that may affect your ability to
participate in the class. This will allow us to modify the exercises
to suit your individual needs and ensure a safe and enjoyable
experience for everyone.
At the end of the day, your health and well-being are our top
priority. We want you to get the most out of your Chi Kung practice,
but not at the expense of your health. So please, if you have any
doubts or concerns, seek medical advice before participating in our
class.
Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to practicing
with you!
