Chi Kung in the tradition of the Masters
We're practising Chi Kung to strengthen and cultivate our life force. Over many centuries, this art has been passed down from generation to generation in China. The tradition is alive and has been brought to the West by Master Lam Kam Chuen in the 80s. 10 years later, it was introduced to Germany by his student Sifu Thomas Apfel.
