Since the early 1990s Master Lam has taken his Chi Kung students on numerous trips to China.
Each of these trips has been very inspiring, with an itinerary full of exciting places. Some of the areas visited had rarely seen western tourists before.
Travelling with Master Lam introduced us to different aspects of China. Its culture, history, people, food, landscapes, countryside and city life.
And we had the unique opportunity to meet fellow students and masters of the art of Chi Kung.
In 2009 we went to Yunnan, a province in the southwest of China. Yunnan borders Vietnam, Laos, Burma and Tibet. It is known for its cultural and geographical diversity.
At the end of this trip, we spent a few days in Beijing to celebrate the 90th birthday of Professor Yu Yong Nian.
Enjoy these videos, they will give you an idea of how much we enjoyed this trip.
