Since the early 1990s, Master Lam has taken his Chi Kung students on numerous trips to China.

Each of these journeys has been very inspiring, with an itinerary full of exciting places. Some of the visited areas had rarely seen Western tourists before.

Traveling together with Master Lam introduced us to different aspects of China. Its culture, history, people, food, landscapes, countryside, and city life.

And we had the unique opportunity to meet fellow students and Masters of the art of Chi Kung.

In 2009, we went to Yunnan, a province in the Southwest of China. Yunnan borders Vietnam, Laos, Burma, and Tibet. It is well known for its cultural and geographical diversity.

At the end of this journey, we've spent a few days in Beijing to celebrate the 90th birthday of Professor Yu Yong Nian.

I hope that the pictures of these videos give you a glimpse of how much we enjoyed this journey.
